Construction of A New Dormitory

This project is aimed towards serving the students and faculty of an international school and its sister campuses. It will be located and constructed in a farm setting, south of Manila.

With the motif reflecting that of a country villa, the proposed dormitory will accommodate two hundred forty (240) students on the second and third floors, and three (3) guest rooms for proctors, a Session Hall, a Dining Hall and Kitchen, and an office at the ground floor.

The dormitory considers and applies passive design to maximize natural ventilation, as well as natural lighting. Energy efficiency is essential in the upkeep of operations.
